Is it free to join?
Yes! Basic membership is completely free. You can register, list your products, and receive enquiries at no cost. We also offer Premium and Gold memberships with additional benefits.
How do I contact a supplier?
Simply browse products or companies, then click "Send Enquiry" on any product or company page. Your message will be sent directly to the supplier.
Are suppliers verified?
We verify business details for Premium and Gold members. Look for the verified badge on company profiles. We recommend always doing your own due diligence before completing transactions.
For Sellers
How do I list my products?
After registering and creating your company profile, go to your Dashboard → Products → Add New Product. Fill in the details and submit for approval. Products are usually approved within 24 hours.
How many products can I list?
Free members can list up to 10 products. Premium members can list up to 100 products. Gold members have unlimited product listings.
How do I upgrade my membership?
Go to the Membership page to view plans and upgrade. For assistance, contact us.
For Buyers
How do I find the right supplier?
Use our search bar to search by product or category. You can filter results by location, membership type, and more. You can also post a Buy Requirement and let suppliers contact you.
Is my contact information shared?
Your contact information is only shared with suppliers when you send an enquiry. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
